Frequently Asked Questions
When and how do I check in?
If you pre-registered and have your ticket: Conference check-in begins at 5:00 pm on day 1 of the conference. When you arrive, enter any of the main doors of the building and approach one of the check-in stations. You’ll be asked to present your ticket. They’ll scan the ticket and give you your badge on a lanyard. Please wear this throughout the conference. You’re only required to check in once for the entire conference. Reminder: You received your ticket by email when you registered for the Men’s Summit. If you come with a large group (10 or more): When you arrive, enter any of the main doors and look for the check-in area designated for large groups. We will have your lanyards together for your team and give them to you all at once. This will help expedite check-in for you and other attendees. If you haven’t registered yet: If the conference is not sold out, walk-in registration will be available at a higher rate. Simply enter the main doors and visit a check-in station. The walk-in rate is $99. If you forget your ticket: We will have an area located near check-in for ticket retrieval; however, bringing your ticket with you will greatly expedite the check-in process.
Do I need to bring my ticket with me to check in?
Yes, you do. We’ll be scanning barcodes and you must have a printed ticket to do this.
What do you mean when you say “general seating”?
This conference is general admission. Doors open 15 minutes prior to each session. There will be a small number of seats saved for worship teams and a few guests. Seat-saving before the doors open is not allowed.
What should I bring?
You should bring your Bible, a pen, a light jacket, and your ticket or registration confirmation.
Are there any requirements for being a volunteer at the Men’s Summit?
You just need a willingness to serve and to show up on time at your post. We value our volunteers and couldn’t put on a Men’s Summit without them. We would love to have you on our team. For more information, visit our volunteer page.
How can I promote the Men’s Summit in my church or community?
If you’re interested in bringing a group to Men’s Summit, please click here to download all our promotional materials. These materials will help you spread the word with posters, flyers, and the Men’s Summit commercial. (Check back periodically to see our latest promotional pieces. We will be adding commercials and update guest list materials as we get closer to the conference.)
What is your refund policy?
Tickets are fully refundable through Thursday, February 15. After that date, no refunds will be processed; however, all tickets are transferrable.
How old do you have to be to volunteer for the Men’s Summit?
Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age.
What should I wear?
Casual attire is recommended. The Auditorium is enclosed and air-conditioned. Because the temperatures may vary, we encourage wearing layered clothing. You may also want to consider bringing a light jacket. There will be some outdoor activities specified on the schedule; check the weather and plan accordingly.
Who can attend?
Men, ages 12 and older, may attend.
Are group rates available?
Yes, when you purchase 10 tickets, the price drops $10 per person from the current registration price.
I can’t attend all of Men’s Summit. Are there evening or day rates available?
Partial registrations are not available. You’re encouraged to register and attend the portions of the Men’s Summit your schedule allows.
When will I get my ticket and confirmation of my registration?
You should receive both within 24 hours, and you must have one of them with you at check-in (preferably your ticket). For any problems with your tickets (e.g., ticket replacement, ticket changes), please contact the customer service team at Brushfire for assistance. You can reach them Monday–Friday at 800.569.7108 from 8:00 am–6:00 pm CST. You can also email them at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will there be children’s ministry available?
Children’s ministry is not available at this conference.
Is there a way for my wife to be involved with the Men’s Summit?
Yes, there is! We do prefer that most of the more public volunteer roles be represented by men. However, there are a lot of volunteer opportunities for women at our Men’s Summit. Check out our volunteer page for more details.
How long does each Summit session last?
Each session varies in time. The average session lasts between 1.5 to 2.5 hours.
Can I bring my children who are under 12 or bring my daughter(s)?
Due to topics of discussion and our desire to create a safe place for men, we ask that only men 12 years of age and older attend the conference.
